Some “German” Facts:

 

· We don’t use ice in our beverages.

· Germans eat their pretzels with sweet butter.

· For dinner, a lot of Germans eat “cold”, that means just bread and cold cuts or sausages.

 

Some facts about the food we serve at Esther’s:

 

· We give you the best quality we can find on the market.

· We roast our own roast beef and turkey breast. This way it is all natural without preservatives.

· We use milk without hormones and antibiotics.

· Our coffee is imported from Germany and is different than the one you know from the US.

· As you might know already, all our baked goods are made with organic flour and fresh butter.

· We don’t use hydrogenated fats.

· We don’t use preservatives in our baked or cooked goods.

· Everything is made from scratch like in the old days.
