We're a wholesale bakery and restaurant, and aren’t architected like a traditional catering company. This means we’re limited on customization for food presentation, portioning, and packaging. We’re confident you and your guests will enjoy our products as they come, and of course feel free to present them any way you wish!
We are not set up for delivery. On some rare and special occasions we are able to deliver, but please check in with us. We are working hard to add this capability. If we are able to deliver, add delivery charge of $50-100 depending on the distance and time of delivery. Please ask for delivery charge at the time of order. Esther’s cannot guarantee delivery and will address each request as the order comes in. Thank you for bearing with us as we grow!
A week's advance notice is needed for the kitchen, 3 days for pastry items and 2 days for baked goods because every dish is freshly prepared and made-to-order to maximize deliciousness. If your event is right around the corner, please contact us to see if we can accommodate you. Many times we can and we’d be happy to prioritize for you.
For large orders, we may add $5 for plastic serving platters and $2 for aluminum containers.
Authentic German brezeln with a lightly salted crunchy outside and soft inside. Our customers tell us no one makes them better. In Germany they are eaten with sweet butter or plain.

Our bakers have added their own creative touch over the years and we offer a variety of forms of the brezeln: traditional twisted pretzel (the shape that you know and love), pretzel rolls (a rolled-up and more compact version that stays doughier longer), pretzel sticks (rolled straight for easy snacking) and pretzel bites (bite sized because good things come in small packages).

You want to enjoy our delicious traditional German brezeln later, but get a hold of them now? We support your commitment to delayed gratification and offer par-baked brezeln in both traditional twisted pretzel form and pretzel roll.
Our par-baked products will stay fresh in a freezer for up to 90 days, or a refrigerator for up to 7 days. Just sprinkle them with water, pop them in the oven for a few minutes at 415 degrees, take them out, add salt as desired, and enjoy. Your friends will think you had our bakers over for pot luck that morning, and your kitchen will smell like a Bavarian bakery.
